For web and creative services, up to a 75% refund may be issued if work has commenced and digital proofs or milestones have been approved.
Custom or printed goods are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for approving all proofs prior to production.
Physical orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, typically within 48 hours of order completion.
Delivery timelines are subject to carrier terms and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping is currently available within Canada only.
Custom or printed items are not eligible for return.
A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns of non-customized goods.
Approved digital proofs are final; errors approved by the client are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping, production, or project development.
Once work has begun or proofs are approved, cancellations may no longer be possible.
